Owner & Founder

Marilyn has been involved in amateur theatre working and performing with groups such as Saltash Operatic Society and Youngstagers Youth Theatre Group for over 50 years.  This has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to costuming our customers for parties, productions, corporate events, TV or film appearances.

With three grown up children and now grandchildren, she has often volunteered and worked in schools in the area so when offered the chance to add school uniforms to our range of products, Marilyn saw it as a great opportunity to help fill the gap in the summer when the costumes are a little quieter.

She is passionate about making our customers look and feel their best, whether it is in a costume or a uniform and likes to use her knowledge and experience to supply good quality, hardwearing costumes and school uniforms as well as work wear.

She very much enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with young people who often join us for Work Experience, growing their confidence and range of skills and this often leads to paid work and Apprenticeships.
